General Terms
You must be 18+ to commission work from me
Full Payment sent beforehand, through paypal invoice ONLY
Prices are in USD
I Maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it to my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects. If you do not consent to this, please communicate that with me beforehand.
Personal usage only unless otherwise communicated, unauthorized commercial use is PROHIBITED.
A fee applies for commercial and merchandise designs, the amount of fee depends on the scale of production of your item. Please enquire through email or my linked social media pages for commercial work.
By placing a commission, you agree that refunds will not be issued unless I am unable to finish your order.
Work Process
Client sends request: must specify desired commission type, including clear references and specific details.
Invoice sent to Client via email and paid in full
Sketch sent: major edits permitted, any additional major changes after this stage will incur an additional fee.
Cleaned lines/details sent: Minor edits permitted
Colour/render: Minor edits permitted
Delivery after approval: Final Product sent via Google drive link, can be sent via email if needed
Product Includes
Flattened PSD + PNG files in 350 DPI
Watermarked + unwatermarked versions
Transparent files upon request
Please allow at least 1 week - 1 month for completion. I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I am personally unable to finish your order. You can ask about your commission status or WIPs anytime you desire.
Usage
My base prices only include Private usage: Profile icons, Banners, Personal reposts, personal printing
Commercial use incurs a one time fee of +100% the original price
Merchandising incurs a one time fee of +200% the original price - please inquire privately for any royalties or negotiations.
Commercial fee applies to: Promotional illustrations, album art, stream assets, or any usage that could earn revenue.
Use for NFTs, tracing, reselling is prohibited
Use for AI training is prohibited
Failure to follow my terms will result in blacklisting and/or legal action
